Entry Fee:

$80 per 4-person team; NO more than 6 players permitted
All players MUST sign a waiver before their first game. 
Players under 18 MUST have a parent/guardian sign the wavier also.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!!!

A Division
B Division
Seniors - ages 45 & over
Women's Division           
Youth Division 

All divisions will be based on number of teams entered.

Format/Rules:

Pool Play tournament.
Open age and open gender.
Divisions may be combined.
NO more than 6 players permitted.
